Astrid Lorange is a writer, editor, and teacher. She is Senior Lecturer in the School of Art & Design at UNSW Sydney. She analyses modern and contemporary art, literature and media with a focus on policing and incarceration, gender and sexuality, and political economy. She co-edits Rosa Press and is one-half of the critical art collective Snack Syndicate. Her most recent book of poems is Raw Materials (Atelos Press).
