Elsewhere, Juliet Scott interrogates ‘The Australian Media’s problem with Palestine’ and Sam Ryan looks back at Overland and the state of arts funding in Australia from 1973 to 1975. Adrian Burragubba is a musician and land rights campaigner from Queensland. As part of the Wangan and Jagalingou people, and traditional owner of the land in Queensland’s Galilee Basin, he has spoken out on the Coal company Adani, which wants to use their ancestral lands for coal mining activities.
