Congrulations in particular to Stephen Dupont, whose work features on the cover of Overland 193, for winning the news photography section with a photo entitled 'Afghanistan — A Suicide Bombing'.

Don Watson won the Walkley Award for Best Non-fiction Book for his book American Journeys.
